About the Work the Animals do
Animals are so multi-purposed. Besides being meat, wool, milk and eggs, they can also be used to clean up areas of brush.
Our goats are particularly good at cleaning up areas. The chickens can clean up bugs, grasses and other greens before the gardens get put in. Pigs will pull up roots and leave an area ready to plant if you have pens you can place them in. Geese and ducks will pull weeds from a lawn like nothing else.
They do all this work and fertilize the soil to boot. All they ask is to be moved when finished with an area and clean water.
