Canning Food

Canning food takes a lot of energy, the jars take up a lot of space and only certain foods keep well in jars - even when kept out of the sun, so I do as little as possible.

The only things I will can are pickles or anything pickled. I've tried my hand at chili, spagetti sauce, jams, fruit and other veggies but just don't like doing it so I try to dry as much as I can (no pun intended).
